Limited Government
Limited government means those working in government, on behalf of the public, must limit their behavior. Limited government does not mean the government is limited in providing political representation and justice to the public, like so many imply.
Limited government means that if you work for the government you must abide by the law wherever you are. You can't violate anybody, foreign or domestic, as an agent of the United States, and say your victim had no constitutional rights.
The intention of the constitution is to limit government officials and their agents from abusing the power of their positions. Protecting and defending the constitution requires adherence to it.
