The SCOTUS just legislated from the bench that our president is above the law. You cannot even consider their motive, they say, or gather evidence about his crimes committed while acting in his official capacity as our president. The ruling betrays the public.
If you are unaware of the magnitude of this decision you are uneducated. If you are unconcerned about the court declaring an imperial presidency in America, you are un-American. If you are reading this you are smart enough to know the difference.
At the unspoken root of the ruling is the ability to wage war against the enemies of their scam. And to continue spending public money to wage wars around the world for investor profits. That is totally incompatible with the constitution. Why not just keeping breaking the law and refuse to prosecute your crimes? As the law apparently allows based on historical precedent. It’s because the lawbreaking authority will now commit their crimes domestically, against the homeland, with immunity. It’s an act of ideological warfare against the constitution.
Are we all so dumb and greedy as to allow this? Long story short, Of course we are. I told you so. For a long time now, this has been going on. Our pyramid scheme economy of counterfeiting and bribery based on relationships to our leaders has just been legalized by the them. We are now, by law, the corrupt or the confused, divided in a money fight over the spoils of our looted treasury. The confused lose. The public debt trickles down to the corrupt, and to their lemmings who have no reason to question, let alone challenge, the system that provides their comforts.
The constitution states clearly that the president must faithfully execute the law. Faithfully execute the law means the president must obey the law and enforce it, not break the law. The intention of the language is so clear that it’s not even debatable. That’s what it says, that’s what it means. To think otherwise is corrupt or confused.
The Supreme Court’s misinterpretation is self-evident.
The court has just declared the president to be above the law with a bunch of high-priced mealy-mouthed weasel-words. If you can read between the lines you’ll see the majority opinion actually says “We are traitors. We are shameless puppets. We serve a higher power. We are the domestic enemies of the constitution.”, looping over and over in a blurred and monotonous toned voice from a movie where the monsters control the government, and there’s nothing you can do.
The Court Serves the Monster.
These legal interpretations are political crimes. They all serve corruption, and there’s a lot of these rulings lately betraying our history of hard fought precedent. Out of all the bought and paid for decisions by the court, Presidential immunity is the worst. It’s like a spear into the heart of our republic. The bad intent is obvious. The result of this ruling is, again, inevitable and violent. This ruling is the most blatant violation of constitutional intent imaginable, but yet, there it is. Totally predictable, totally illegal, and now totally the law. Thanks to the entirety of the establishment. They all made this possible.
Biden came out after the ruling and promised he would not do what we all know Trump will do. Use his authority. The republicans will attack their political enemies with the power of the state. Biden won’t. He won’t do anything. It’s a typical fail for the loser party.
Typical, except this loss is the ultimate fail of our constitutional republic. Game over. Watch your mouth and watch your back. Get your papers in order. There’s a new sheriff in town and he wants you to know he is in charge, by checking your loyalty to his authority.
An accountable executive is required for a republic as guaranteed to all citizens. The court decision, as blatantly wrong as it is, gives power to the new king. Which is exactly what the constitution tries to prevent. The Chief Justice is ultimately to blame for this ruling and he should be losing a lot of sleep, but he won’t. Everything smells fine to him.
The stench of sociopathic greed fills the sacred chambers.
The loss of our tattered republic is stained with the intentional failure by the Democrats who could have stopped the Maga-minded republican cult leaders if they wanted to. Which they should have and could have done, procedurally. And can still do, but won't. Which proves that they are complicit in the conspiracy against the constitution and our republic.
It’s a defining characteristic of the lizard class to ignore negotiating ethical grievance.
You can tell both parties and the establishment conspired to kill our republic because that was the only way that they can maintain their power and privileges. After robbing their way to riches, using public policy and propaganda, the establishment must prevent democracy from taxing their ill-gotten gains. The establishment hates taxes.
The establishment has been practicing adversarial law-fare against the public for decades. Now the republicans accuse Biden of doing it to them, which is absurd.
Focus.
There are no mistakes in politics only bad decisions.
Bad decision #1 Filibuster Trump’s court.
Presidential Immunity would not be possible without the confirming Trump’s political court. As I’ve pointed out previously relating to the filibuster, The dems could have prevented the Trump Supreme Court nominees from being confirmed simply by objecting to proceeding to a vote. That’s how it works. That’s what the republican majority leader did to Obama’s nominee. Any democratic senator could have done the same thing to every one of Trump’s nominees and should have, but didn’t. None of them did. That proves collective ignorance or complicity. And they ain’t stupid.
The conspiracy was confirmed with consent of the senate.
Majority Leader Schumer will go down in history as the senator who allowed the death of our democracy. And I still like Chuck, for the most part. Big fan from way back. But this fail is beyond excusable, and it’s his. It will haunt him till the end of his days, I suspect.
Any democratic senator could have filibustered the republican conspiracy, but they didn’t. They didn’t even speak out. They always surrender by not reciprocating with the same tactics used on them by the republicans. They could have changed the vote count, but didn't. That proves their collusion. They have failed their purpose to oppose the anti-democratic ideology that has overthrown our government.
The betrayal of woman’s rights was the concern at the confirmation hearings. It was not even considered that the nominees would conspire to overthrow our republic at that time, but that’s what they just did, by declaring the president is above the law.
The court sat on the ruling for months only to release their ruling on their last day of the session, so it would be available for the 4th of July. Confused patriots will be reading the unconstitutional ruling under this year’s Independence Day fireworks. The irony is historic.
The inescapable conclusion is that the entire establishment is united in support of the unitary executive theory, because that’s what they just did. It wan’t even properly reported. They are smart enough to understand it, and to speak out against it, but they didn’t. The establishment has conspired to fail the public with fraudulent interpretations and procedural derelictions, while pointing fingers at their celebrity scapegoats.
The criminally negligent interpretation of the constitution by the court and their tactic of decision delay has already derailed the prosecution alleging election interference by the former president, which will be dismissed when Trump wins the coming election. That election will most certainly be rigged in his favor and his immunity will prevail. Trump is heading for a landslide of electoral college loyalty comprised of insiders seeking a prosperous allegiance to the hierarchy of corruption, that is now apparently legal.
Bad decision #2 Charge insurrection
Trump could not hold any office if he was convicted of Insurrection. Congress would need a supermajority to forgive Trump of insurrection, but Biden refused to even charge him with that crime. By definition, Insurrection is what Trump did. Biden has had the absolute right to convict Trump of insurrection for years and he did not do it. That is just another example of an intentional fail by judicial dereliction of proper reciprocation procedurally by the democrats.
This is from the Court’s Immunity ruling, page #5:
The Executive Branch has “exclusive authority and absolute discretion” to decide which crimes to investigate and prosecute, including with respect to allegations of election crime. Nixon, 418 U. S., at 693. And the President’s “management of the Executive Branch” requires him to have “unrestricted power to remove the most important of his subordinates”—such as the Attorney General—“in their most important duties.” Fitzgerald, 457 U. S., at 750
As the rogue court ravages our rule of law their minions all claim Biden is using Law-fare to attack Trump. As I just pointed out here and in Bad Decision #1, nothing could be further from the truth. Biden and his justice department are guilty of massive judicial dereliction that serves their alleged political opponents. The stakes of their battle is nothing less than ownership of our republic and the democrats are fiddling dixie while the republicans dance around their new world order campfire, looping up their nooses.
If Biden was practicing Lawfare, he would have done what Trump will do. He would hired an AG to do his political bidding and convict Trump of Insurrection. That would have prevented Trump from ever holding office again. Any court could have convicted him of insurrection allowing any state to keep him off the ballot, regardless of the Supreme Court rulings.
If Trump was convicted of Insurrection, congress could then legally refuse and reject any state’s electors submitted for Trump. And if that’s a problem, Biden could unilaterally appoint 50 judges to the SCOTUS, all political appointees, and then when challenged, he could have his new court adjudicate any rulings on the matter, and win.
Law-fare my ass. The democrats lose on purpose.
If the Democrats were a legitimate opposition party they would have filibustered Trump's SCOTUS
nominees, Like McConnell did. And they would have prosecuted Trump for insurrection because that’s exactly what he did. Those two facts alone prove the democrats are part of the republican conspiracy that has overthrown our republic.
The dishonorable political puppets that interpret our law at the highest level are political operatives in service to the hierarchy of money. They serve the same anti-democratic conspiracy that has looted our treasury and now needs to destroy our democratic potential to secure their profits.
It is our corporate media that ignores these two bad mistakes I’ve just mentioned. The public by and large are ignorant of these mistakes because our profit driven electoral system is shallow and profits from promoting celebrities, conflict, and gossip, not political solutions. It takes a village of corrupt officials to pull off this crime.
Here’s a question for all you deep diving cynics out there. What is an official act by the president that is illegal, yet constitutional? That’s what the court has claimed is the law. Whatever you come up with is incorrect. Your example will be based on previous violations of constitution law. The precedents you cite will also be illegal. We got into this mess because of the unaccountable law-breaking executives. We have allowed to let them claim their crimes as political decisions. The establishment remedy for these crimes now is to make their crimes legal, by hiding them all under their umbrella of immunity for the president. All made legal by legislating from the bench.
The declaration by the court that the president is above the law is the betrayal of law and order in the United States. It is a perversion of law. It’s a rubber stamp for their past crimes and the coming conflict they are salivating to bring, that will fuel their new and improved, privatized administrative state.
They will dismantle our bureaucracy of regulatory experts in order to build their own based on loyalty to corporate profits, protected by their loyal and corrupt courts, ruling in favor of their scam. We will have a government blatantly based on relationships and loyalty to the leader and to the corruption for which he stands, instead of a republic as guaranteed to citizens in the constitution.
In conclusion, the Supreme Court is so corrupt it shocks the conscience. The public remains mostly uninformed and intentionally, even militantly, ignorant and apathetic, or wrong. There are the deceivers and the deceived as well. We are the corrupt and confused. It’s important to understand the difference.
Our constitutionally guaranteed republic is not possible with an executive that is above the law. It doesn’t matter how much lipstick you put on that pig, It’s not a republic, it is just a pig. It is a political crime against America, disguised as pig. You should reject it.
The solution is a new apportionment act that recognizes money is representation.
